Sales Executives (2 positions)

Basic Function
Manage relationships throughout the sales cycle, from prospect to client with the goal of achieving and surpassing sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Complete the full range of sales activities, from cold calling, presenting, negotiating contracts and closing deals.
- Provide customer demonstrations.
- Create, develop, and sustain relationships with partners and clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
- Position requires minimum of 2 years of proven sales/presales experience in the CMMS/EAM/ERP software industry.
- Demonstrated success selling enterprise software, ideally, CMMS/EAM solutions, ASP-based applications or ERP software.
- Experience in Application Service Provider (ASP) business model is advantageous.
Special Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English skills.
- Good knowledge of company's products
- Working knowledge of word processor, presentation and spreadsheet programs (i.e. Excel/Lotus, PowerPoint and Word).
- Must have consistent access to a car and have a valid driver's license.
- Good visual skills and ability to use a PC and read messages on a PC.
