One of our most potent forms of advertising is simple word of mouth. Our clients and associates recommend us and we get the projects. But we feel that those who recommend our services should also be rewarded in a small way. And hence our referral program.

How does it work? Simple, just refer a new client or project to us. On signing of the project you get a percentage based commission. No meetings, no proposals and no work. Just refer the client by giving them our phone numbers or email address and pick up your commission.

Terms and Conditions

• You must fill out the entire lead lead submission form with valid information.
• To qualify, a referral must communicate (verbal or written) with Phitomas and confirm they are in the market to purchase an eam2go CMMS/EAM product.
• Current eam2go customers and names already in the Phitomas' sales database are excluded.
• You will receive $100 referral fee or 3% of the total new sales value, whichever higher for any leads submitted that are closed.
• Each referral lead will remain active for 90 days.
• All decisions as they pertain to whether a referral is qualified are the the sole judgment of Phitomas.
• Phitomas employees and employees of Phitomas' resellers are excluded from participation.
• Phitomas retains the right to terminate this program at any time.
• In the event that the same name is submitted by separate parties, the referral with the earliest submission date will be accepted.
