Depending on the eam2go edition you have subscribed, Phitomas provides different levels of support with everything from timely answers to all your users' questions to complete administration services. Phitomas' customer support and administration family of offerings is dedicated to minimizing downtime, maximizing business benefits, and helping all of our customers succeed.

Standard Support

In a departure from the practices of legacy CMMS/EAM software vendors, Phitomas includes a baseline level of customer support as part of your eam2go Standard Edition subscription. Our Standard Support includes limited phone support and access to our online support portal for every user.

Premium Support

For customers who understand the importance of a superior support experience, we offer our premium support. Phitomas' premium support is available to address your specific needs. It delivers invaluable benefits, including faster response times, round-the-clock support, and a consistent relationship with a customer care representative who is familiar with your business. Premium Support is only available to eam2go Standard and Enterprise Editions customers.
